Cancellation Policy (except for non-refundable rates)

Cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 1 day before check-in. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance paid will be retained

Terms of payment

In cases of a discounted non-refundable rate, the traveler is required to make payment in advance and according to the methods indicated to complete the booking. Payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the stay.

Conditions of stay

Check-in must be carried out between 2.00pm and 6.00pm
Check-out must be done by 12:00. In case of delay, the cost of another night may be charged
Breakfast is not provided
There is a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night. Children under the age of 14 are excluded from the tourist tax
Only the initial linen change is provided
The additional change of bathroom linen, if requested, will cost €5.00
The additional change of bed linen, if requested, will cost €5.00
Final cleaning is included in the price
Additional cleaning of the rooms, if requested, will cost €10.00
It is not possible to prepare food in the rooms
It is not possible to accommodate other people in the rooms. For each person welcomed, the sum of one night will be charged.

Animals are not allowed.
