La camera era nuova e ordinata, la cucina e il frigo utili per cucinare qualcosina, e si poteva parcheggiare accanto alla casa. Sono arrivata tardi, fuori dall'orario di check-in, e il signore mi ha comunque permesso di arrivare.

No, pets are not allowed. The kitchen and living area are shared and cooking in the room is not permitted.
Free wifi is available in all properties. Air conditioning is present in every room and in the living room on the First Floor of Lavanda House; on the Ground Floor and at Butterfly Rooms there is instead one shared unit in the common hallway rather than one per room.
It's €3.50 per person per night, calculated up to a maximum of 5 nights per calendar month. Guests under 14 are exempt. It's included in the total paid online, no need to pay separately.
